      Reporting to the Group HR Manager:
      * Prepare and issue offer letters and contracts of employment ensuring documents are signed and returned.
      * Update and maintain the Oracle HRIS in relation to sickness and other employment records.
      * Coordination of new starter and leavers process.
      * Own the induction process for all new employees
      * Monitor & review existing policies and procedures to ensure they are up to date with current legislation
      * Assist in the creation & implementation of policies and procedures
      * Build effective working relationships with staff at all levels, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and HR related issues to support understanding and ensure effective communication
      * Provide advice to staff and managers in a timely manner
      * Undertake disciplinary and grievance investigations
      * Attend disciplinary, grievance and absence improvement meetings as the HR representative
      * Partner with managers to review employee relations, performance management, resourcing and staff management.
      * Coordinate recruitment campaigns to advertise vacancies, liaise with recruitment agencies, respond to applicants and participate in recruitment interviews
      * Assist in the preparation and creating of job descriptions for new roles or amending for existing roles
      * Co-ordinate training programmes, liaising with management, employees and training providers
      * Deliver briefing sessions to staff and managers on various topics
