How do you tailor your motivational speech to a diverse audience?
I always find out what success of the talk will look like from an organisers perspective and a participant. I then prepare my talk to delver the correct message with tangible tools they can take away and use the very next day. My opening lines will look to connect with the audience straight way, I will build rapport with stories that connect everyone in the room. My talks are always interactive so I will engage the audience and use different forms of media to do this. I will ask questions so the audience joins the dots themselves and I am there only as guide. I will ensure that my talks can help them as individuals, as a family member and as a team. I will get them to think about the actions they need to take if they want to move forward
