“Graham was recommended to me when I led on a very ambitious one-of-a-kind website project at ZSL [London and Whipsnade Zoos], splitting one brand into three separate domains. This involved a full audit, repurposing, rewriting and sourcing new content for over 6,000 webpages, and all whilst going through a rebrand. We really could not have got even close to launching without Graham's freelance support. He was our angel in the wings doing a great deal of high-quality content heavy lifting - taking very dense science and conservation content and repurposing it all into ranking, compelling reads. He successfully negotiated very complex brand-angling of these stories to our passionate internal subject matter experts at all levels - which was no easy task. Several days before launch, the inevitable happened and numerous broken links resurfaced as if from nowhere. Has there ever been a website project where an unforeseen issue didn't raise it's ugly head at launch stage? With an internal team lagging from a content marathon, Graham soon donned his cape and flew to the rescue, with nearly no notice, swooping in to save the day fixing hundreds of links across our three new domains late into the night so that we were able to launch successfully. I could not recommend him more highly and look forward to working with him again in the future, he's a master of his craft and an absolute demon with SEO!”
