A seasoned leisure professional at Board and Chief Executive level. Most of my career was within the health and fitness industry with Holmes place and then seven years as a Director of David Lloyd. After the lucrative sale of David Lloyd in 2007 I became the Chief Executive of Ashtour Ltd where we have completely changed the brand from some rather tired driving ranges into Family Golf Leisure Centres by adding adventure golf, cafes, and an outstanding learn to play programme. The adventure golf has been so successful that we have set up a stand alone adventure golf company called Adventure Experience. My satisfaction comes from taking something unattractive and adding innovation and a high performing team to evolve it into something amazing. I have now set up Campbell Sanders, a leisure consultancy to help companies achieve their potential.

Specialties: Driving revenue and profit through innovation, communication and teamwork. I aim to create a fun environment that allows team members to stretch themselves. Turnarounds and new business developments are my biggest strengths. I enjoy international roles.
