• Managed collation of all costing mechanism per asset covering circa 200 asset types to support standardised approach to quoting projects across: Strategy, Creative, Production, Packaging, Photography, Retouch, Styling, Production, Set Build, Video and Artwork working with key heads of departments to map out timings per asset and convert this to client cost.

• Working in conjunction with senior THG Studios leadership and financial controller to encourage use of CPA guidelines for all asset delivery and act as a point of contact to encourage and provide commercial knowledge within our agency team.

• Build out internal systems to support quoting, project management, regular client facing reporting, rate cards and hard cost management. Delivered internal training documentation, training videos and in person session and migrating over 750+ live projects.

• Providing ongoing continuous development of the system aligned to operational/strategic initiatives to improve ways of working aiming for operational excellence.

• Management of significant freelance resource budget, freelance resource booking dealing with individual sole traders and agencies, onboarding and inductions of all freelance staff, first line approval of timesheets and invoices, central point of contact for legal set ups in line with relevant regulation all financial escalations

• Development of reporting and data across THG design team, setting up efficiency reporting to senior management up to executive level, and managing and delivering against continuous improvement plan for reporting on relevant KPIs: asset delivery volume, SLA adherence, capacity planning/forecasting, budget management/trends.
