      • Managed collation of all costing mechanism per asset covering circa 200 asset types to support standardised approach to quoting projects across: Strategy, Creative, Production, Packaging, Photography, Retouch, Styling, Production, Set Build, Video and Artwork working with key heads of departments to map out timings per asset and convert this to client cost.

      • Working in conjunction with senior THG Studios leadership and financial controller to encourage use of CPA guidelines for all asset delivery and act as a point of contact to encourage and provide commercial knowledge within our agency team.

      • Build out internal systems to support quoting, project management, regular client facing reporting, rate cards and hard cost management. Delivered internal training documentation, training videos and in person session and migrating over 750+ live projects.

      • Providing ongoing continuous development of the system aligned to operational/strategic initiatives to improve ways of working aiming for operational excellence.
