Project SafeSmoke
An InnovateUK Funded project focused on the development of PureSmoke Technology - an IP protected innovation which works to reduce the levels of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in natural smoke. PAH are carcinogens found in some foods and the projects has successfully reduced these by over 90%. Commercialisation begins in 2016.
