    Develop an Acquisition Integration application to migrate contractual data from acquired company systems to PHS bespoke systems. .NET applications were developed using AGILE methodology and offshore resources. Application enable us to deliver on the 13 week integration schedule and achieve immediate business benefits.

    Saved £1m by mobilising a group-wide predictive analytics solution that anticipated and focused attention on underperforming relationships and contracts at risk of termination.

  • Sage CRM

    Generated £250m new revenue in 12 months by implementing Sage CRM to increase cross-divisional visibility of customers.

  • Mobile Workforce Management Solution

    Reduced annual fuel consumption by £2.5m (7%) and increased productivity by 9% in 12 months by embedding a mobile workforce management solution across 23 washroom depots.

  • Infor® M3 ERP System

    Embedded an integrated ERP system (Infor® M3/Oracle) which reduced group-wide stock levels by £10.6m through consolidated reporting and improved supply chain visibility.

  • Offshore Development Centre

    Created an offshore development centre in Bangalore and a dedicated offshore testing centre in Chennai, totalling 500 resources.

  • Outsourcing/Offshoring Contract

    Negotiated and delivered a £50m outsourcing/offshoring contract to deliver application development and maintenance.

    Developed a £10m B2C eCommerce site to accommodate the market transition from high street to online holiday sales.

  • New Call Centre

    Established and managed the operation of a brand new call centre, taking the IT estate to 4,000 PC users across 400 UK and Ireland locations, plus three call centres and an outsourced data centre.
