“I have been working alongside Irina since December 2021 as her Associate Producer on the Ukrainian Energy Forum and SEE Automotive project in Bulgaria. As the Head of Production at Adam Smith Conferences and Conference Director she always mesmerised and inspired me with her professional approach to the set up task, strategical way of thinking, disciplined path of task implementation and creative thinking. Among her strong sides I can outline her discipline, targeted way of delivering corporate tasks, strong communications skills and a solid knowledge of market. In addition to this, Irina has proved her as a great friend and an excellent team player. She has been always supportive in the times of need, offered her help and provided me with her real-life advises. I am extremely grateful for the fact that I have met her during my career at Adam Smith and will say only the good things about her. Up to the moment, she is my mentor in life, great friend and my second "mum" here in London.”
