About
I work with groups, organisations and networks to design governance models which bring their values to life. This can happen at a moment of transition or for new endeavours. I bring together 6 years of multi-method systemic practice with facilitation and a people-centred design approach to look at how we organise at all levels, including culture, power, value flows, strategy, operational and legal set-up.
I thrive in working with complex problems that look messy to move towards something that feels clear and aligned. One way this can happen is through collective inquiry. I have a particular interest in working with organisations who seek to centre equity, wellbeing and joy in their work. A passion project where I am playing with this relates to how we can design ways of organising supportive of the neurodiversity paradigm.
I am brought into this work by a belief and commitment that changing how we relate, from our smallest interactions to our wider systems, is a key area of potential for change towards a more sustainable and just future. Empathy, equity and intersectional feminism are core to my way of working and being.
