About

A challenging, insightful charity expert who can ask the questions that need asking, find the insights you'll need to succeed, then create meaningful, effective work for you.

An expert on legacy fundraising, proposition building, in depth audience research, and supporter engagement: finding and distilling the key themes that unlock real change.

An unparalleled ability to find out what your supporters really think, what gets under their skin, and what they’d like to see you do more of.

A respected sector-leader on the issue of inclusion and BAME audiences, holding a senior position on the Institute of Fundraising’s equality, diversity and inclusion advisory board.

Excellent instincts and over two decades’ worth of senior experience, with a track record of great working relationships and a thorough understanding of modern challenges faced by the sector.

My clients range from household names (RSPB, Alzheimer’s Research UK, British Heart Foundation, Salvation Army) to the less well known. No matter your size, I can help. Because if it’s a good cause, I can get behind it.

As MD, I lead a talented team of planners, strategists, creatives and client services.

I head up the planning function on clients like RSPB, Salvation Army and Trussell Trust. Across supporter acquisition and retention, legacies and in-mem.

I specialise in getting to the heart of the matter. Through research. Yes the desk research you’d expect. But also the conversations with supporters and charity staff and volunteers that you might not.

What do supporters care about and what puts them off? My team and I will tell you. How does that all overlap with what charities offer and the needs they are meeting? Again, we can help you with that.

We’ll find the sweet spot for a fundraising proposition, so it really works for you. If you’ve got any old-fashioned ways of working, we’ll help you modernise. And we’ll create something with you that grabs people’s attention, and gets them to really care about what you’re doing.
