At the core of VYE is the belief that everybody, especially the young, should follow their hearts. If they are passionate about something, we encourage them to go for it. We do this in two ways: by connecting people of similar interests and mindsets together, and by inspiring them with many lessons learned from the best entrepreneurial initiatives from Vietnam and all over the world.

Organized in collaboration with Stanford Technology Venture Program (STVP) and Vietnam National University in Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM), VYE Bootcamp desires to bring world-class entrepreneurship education, global mentorship, and a tight-knit supporting community to Vietnamese young entrepreneurs.

At the core of VYE Bootcamp is a seven-day course taught by Professor Tom Kosnik from Stanford University. This course follows a globally recognized entrepreneurship curriculum called Gear Up, co-authored by Professor Tom Kosnik, Lena Ramfelt, and Jonas Kjellberg – the co-founder of Skype. Alongside this course, campers also attend talks and panel discussions by renowned regional and global entrepreneurs/investors, a startup business plan competition, and various networking events. Upon completion of VYE Bootcamp, campers receive certifcates from VYE, Stanford University, and VNU-HCM.

This initiative has received tremendous support from global entrepreneurial community, the media, and generous sponsors. We are proud to have been featured on all major national newspapers and television channels in Vietnam, such as Tuoi Tre, Thanh Nien, Nguoi Lao Dong, Giao Duc, HTV, and VTV

    Scholarships
AkarakA raises money to pay the school fees and associated costs i.e. books etc. of our students. A donation from your company or from fundraising events organized by your employees can go directly towards this. At its simplest, a committed pledge of a 4 year donation of approximately US$1,000 per year or US$89 per month from donors ensures that one student can complete their studies.

Because many of the apartments do not have a kitchen or means to cook a hot meal, delivering a hot meal is a blessing to many people.
