In 2011, I threw open the doors of my family home to inspire and educate small groups and individuals to become better cooks.
Whether you are an organisation, business, individual or Travel Trade consultant, I have a range of cookery courses not only to give clients a great day out, but also improve morale, confidence, mental health & well being, relieve stress & overwhelm whilst helping achieve a healthy diet & great results in the kitchen.

From bread to pasta courses, knife skills to family cooking or Masterchef Challenge days, there are a wide range of cookery courses to choose from, arranged to suit your diary & any dietary requirements.

My favourite thing is to feed people and I enjoy spending time as a private chef, working throughout Scotland, specialising in jobs between 3 & 14 days.
You might be a family group renting a large property or an organiser of a retreat & needing meals to appear as required.
Or if you’re a group of hunting, shooting or out door enthusiasts needing a hot meal after a hard day in the hills or on the river, I will be the one working over a hot stove to provide you with a delicious meal at the end of the day.
