    As a member of Bowel Cancer UK's Appeals Board, I am tasked with helping the charity with its fundraising activities, introducing them to industry, advising them on fundraising and awareness activities. It is a fantastic, but small charity which deserves greater attention as it highlights a disease which suffers from a lack of awareness, or worse, conscious ignorance. It is a cause which has affected my family and one which I feel strongly about.

    I chaired AMEC on a voluntary basis for 2 years, to play my part in promoting education, best practice and standards of measurement within the PR and communications industry.
