Managed and delivered a review of a Private Equity owned Major DIY retailer which led to a programme, which delivered the re-design of a 120,000 square metre distribution centre and a redefinition of the various inbound and outbound networks. Managed all the suppliers, IT changes, rack-out designs, pick face designs, conveyor solutions, gravity fed rack installations, 5S style best practice established with full set of procedures and processes defined, written, trained and installed. Deadlines were tight due to supermarket demands and planning was critical especially with the build out of the 2 extensions.
