360-degree feedback is vital for holistic development. It gathers insights from peers, subordinates, and managers, providing a comprehensive view of an individual's performance. This feedback helps identify blind spots, enhances self-awareness, and promotes personal growth. It encourages collaboration, strengthens relationships, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. As a leader this is always the most important aspect of my own professional development.

It enhances employee engagement, identifies strengths, and uncovers areas for improvement, leading to continuous learning and improvement.

Rewarding aligned, good performance is essential for several reasons. Firstly, it recognises and reinforces employees' efforts and achievements, motivating them to continue performing at a high level. By acknowledging their contributions, it cultivates a positive work environment and boosts morale. I believe it is imperative involving employees in setting goals and establishing values is highly important. Involving employees also fosters a sense of empowerment and engagement, as they feel valued and heard.
