    Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Drug Discovery.

    Created and applied an in-silico protocol including Computational docking, Machine learning models and Molecular dynamics simulations to generate libraries of Drug candidates suitable for use as Chemotherapeutics. Ideal candidates identified by computational analysis were subjected to Experimental validation using various in-vitro pharmacological techniques (cell based and cell free assays).
