• Communicating with the client over the phone and email to insure I have covered every aspect of their enquiry
• Once I receive the order I will liaise with the client from start to finish - sending order acknowledgments, visuals and pre-production samples
• I will also liaise with the supplier from start to finish to the insure the stocks branded correctly and the required delivery date is met
• I also look after 2 corporate gift schemes which involves website management (uploading new products/images) stock control (website and excel spread sheets) Replenishing stock as and when it needs to be along with picking, packing and despatching the stock

• Responsible for supplying clients with quotations, once satisfied requesting a purchase order and inputting on to Sage.
• Responsible for liaising with Production checking all orders on a daily basis to ensure we are meeting the deadlines.
• Responsible for arranging and ensuring the order is dispatched and arrives with our client on time.
• Other Administrative duties involved are filing, faxing, data input and any other tasks requested of me.
