      • Arrange with the sales team to have “flash bookings” meetings to identify the orders we need to focus on and coordinating with the internal, external and any other colleagues involved to ensure these are listed and actioned.
      • Coordinate the turnaround of relevant docs for good customer service, i.e Formal quotes, proforma and order acknowledgements
      • Raise and manage RMA (Return) forms with customers and liase with the quality dept to find remedy.
      • Coordinate niche customer requirements, i.e Programming and custom builds with production and warehouse and communicate with customer.
