About

🌟 Passionate Advocate for Impact | Transformational Leader | Collaborative Partner 🌟

I'm deeply passionate about making a meaningful difference in the world through my role as a High Value Legacy Manager for the UK's largest charity. With a heart-driven approach and a commitment to leaving a positive mark, I specialise in storytelling and amplifying the impact of our organisation's invaluable work.

🔹 Visionary Steward: Guided by a vision of a brighter, more equitable future for cancer patients and their loved ones, I strive to leverage our existing resources and initiatives to create lasting change. My aim is to ensure that every action we take contributes to a legacy of hope, empowerment, and social justice.

🔹 Catalyst for Change: I believe in the power of transformation to unlock new possibilities and elevate our collective impact. By fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and learning, I empower our team to embrace change as an opportunity for growth and greater effectiveness in serving those in need.

🔹 Relationship Nurturer: Building meaningful connections is at the core of my approach. I cherish the partnerships we cultivate within our organisation and with external stakeholders, recognising that collaboration is essential for driving sustainable change. Together, we can achieve far more than we could alone.

🔹 Impact-Driven: My work is guided by a relentless focus on creating tangible, measurable outcomes that improve the lives of those we serve. Whether it's raising funds for critical programs, mobilising supporters, or advocating for policy change, I am dedicated to making a real difference in our communities.

If you share my commitment to building a better world through compassionate action, I'd love to connect with you. Let's join forces and continue writing the story of a better future for cancer patients and a world where everyone can live a longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.

An award-winning EA with over 10 years’ experience, in which time I have gained a wealth of insight and understanding about business, strategy and, most importantly, the people who make it all happen! At Baltimore I'm here to support our people, systems & business processes, with 4 Pillars that underpin my role; Relationship Management, Contract & Diary Management, Project & Information Management, and Internal Communication.
My role is to ensure that those responsible for delivering the strategic direction of a business can do that without distraction of the day-to-day.
I pride myself on my ability to build and maintain lasting relationships. I have extensive experience delivering large scale events to budget, across the UK and Europe, utilising my project management skills.
Strategic and tenacious, I always deliver exceptional results. I pick up new information very quickly, understanding patterns with curiosity and energy to relay and disseminate for others, using creative flair and strong presentation skills to deliver information in the best way possible for people. I am an excellent communicator, building lasting relationships at every level within organisation, both professionally and personally. My ability to influence and persuade at board level, as well as engaging staff and peers, allows me to maintain links and build trust across the organisation as the first person everyone thinks of for knowledge and support.
Meticulous and flexible I work with a strong sense of urgency and thrive in a fast-paced setting, enabling me to work both re-actively and under pressure but also to proactively seek out opportunities to streamline and improve processes. I have been able to make each new role my own, gaining confidence from the organisations I work within and using discretion and diplomacy to deliver projects…all with a smile on my face and a ‘silver-linings’ approach.

Previous roles within the charity have been working within the Science Funding Team which enabled me to see first-hand how and where we spend on research, and following a move in to Fundraising & Marketing worked with Director of Trading & Volunteer Fundraising and Director of Brand, Marketing & Communications, providing full administrative, strategic and executive assistance as and where required; from day-to-day diary management through to operational planning and budget management.

As with every role I have been involved with I try to ensure that my reach goes further than just my team, and have been actively involved in a number of other projects since joining; from coordinating all activity for our next Graduate intake and writing copy for our Centres branding, through to organising national conferences and coordinating activity for London's Pride Parade. Recently I coordinated our staff fundraising for Stand Up to Cancer, which raised over £100k in just one week!
