My role is to ensure that those responsible for delivering the strategic direction of a business can do that without distraction of the day-to-day.
I pride myself on my ability to build and maintain lasting relationships. I have extensive experience delivering large scale events to budget, across the UK and Europe, utilising my project management skills.
Strategic and tenacious, I always deliver exceptional results. I pick up new information very quickly, understanding patterns with curiosity and energy to relay and disseminate for others, using creative flair and strong presentation skills to deliver information in the best way possible for people. I am an excellent communicator, building lasting relationships at every level within organisation, both professionally and personally. As EA to the CEO and Founder, I'm responsible for managing his workload, prioritising activity and streamlining processes to ensure he's able to focus on driving the strategy of the business forward. From research and writing comms, to playing an active role in staff welfare and engagement; I try to ensure I understand every part of the business to enable to me to support the CEO and his wider Leadership Team effectively.

As part of the rapidly expanding Retail Valuation team, working from our busy flagship London offices, I supported the Executive Director and his team in delivering specialist shopping centre, retail warehousing and out of town valuation advice to a broad range of clients such as banks, property companies, developers, investors and fund managers for one-off investments to full portfolios.

My continued personal interest led me to be involved with a PA and Secretaries network internally, and being nominated as the LinkedIn champion for the entire Valuation Advisory department. Show less

Recruited temporary and contract professionals in to Social Housing Organisations and Councils throughout the North West. Managed my workforce of, at most 20 workers, through effective and open communication and support during their placements.

Fixed term contract working on the administration of all HR requests for the Digital side of the Business including sickness/absence, holidays and payroll queris. During my time in this role I took responsibility for the Recruitment for the Digital (online media) Business recruiting IT specialists (Java, C+, Analysts, etc) and built up strong relationships with Hiring Managers providing an end-to-end service for their recruitment requirements.

Processing insurance applications for international students moving to New Zealand to study. Liaising with our medical team daily to produce medical exemption certificates for all customers. Other ad hoc administration duties. Covering reception and switchboard when required.
