Who is Kieran McMahon - or as every call center reads back to me “Mr. Keyring” 🗝

📚 I was a school teacher and middle leader long before I became an entrepreneur - working in secondary schools in both Ireland and Abu Dhabi from age 21 - 31.

🏋️‍♂️ I had always had a keen interest in exercise and at the beginning of 2017, as I approached the end of my 20s, I took the plunge and got a personal training qualification and started my coaching journey.

📈 I continued to advance my own skill set, gaining qualifications and working with some of the best business mentors and coaches on the planet. As my coaching results grew, word of mouth spread and I started to take my business more seriously. At the beginning of 2018, with my business growing, I was at a crossroads, and on the second day of the new school term in Sep 2018, I probably set a record for handing in the earliest notice period, 10 months ahead of time. I was now 'all in.'

🌎 Today, my company coaches men in 16 countries around the world and we have a team of coaches in 3 different continents. The Be A Better Man program wasn’t created to compete and be the best fitness program for men, but to be something never seen before - where there ISN’T a “one-size-fits-all”. Fitness means something different to everyone. To my clients, my team, and me, being 'fit' means striving to personally grow and develop across the most important areas of our lives while feeling and performing at our best.

👊 We focus on the human and their happiness within their business or life as much as the rapid transformation of their fitness and body composition.

🇮🇪 I am now an Irish guy living in Brighton in a relationship with the most amazing woman alive. My family and close friends are really important to me. I have a camper, I love to train, sea dip, read, drink coffee, and watch binge-worthy box sets as well as the occasional trash TV. I like a few pints of Guinness from time to time and set dance whenever I get the chance.

Oh, last point, the long-term vision is to create the world's number 1 online educational platform that makes health and life education free, accessible and easy to understand for every young person on the planet.
