About

I’m interested in making positive change happen.

I'm proud to be CSO at The Gate London, which is a beautiful turnaround story. Together with my brilliant partners, we've taken it from 147 to 34 in the Top 100 Agencies, with a unique and vibrant "Walk Through Walls" culture that is a strategic and creative force to be reckoned with right across the customer journey.

Recognition for my time at The Gate includes Campaign's Global Strategic Planner Of The Year; 3 APG Creative Strategy Golds; a D&AD Yellow Pencil; a Gold Cannes Lion; the TFL Diversity in Advertising Award; Oystercatchers Small Agency of The Year, The Drum's Strategy Team of the Year, a Gold Effie for Long Term Effectiveness; and The Marketing Society's Most Effective Use of Data and Insight Award three times in a row.

My other change agent role is educator and mentor. I design and deliver training and interactive talks for the likes of SXSW; D&AD; the APG and the IPA, and for agencies and brands worldwide. I love teaching, and am constantly inspired by the incredible creativity people can achieve when given the right tools and the correct inspiration/perspiration cocktail.
I have mentored for many organisations including the IPA, Creative Equals and Bloom and have judged at D&AD; the Effies, Gerety and Creative Circle.

    Civil Rights and Social Action

Co-founder of a community cinema, offering a programme of film events throughout the year, along with food, drink and specially themed decor, all at very accessible prices. The cinema has achieved its aim which was to be a valuable community resource, bringing different generations together and connecting people who would otherwise be isolated. It raises significant funds which are reinvested into the local community. I manage the programming, decor, advertising, set-up and work in the kitchen.

Karen Blackett, Co-Chairwoman of Judges: “These Women of Tomorrow are clearly women who are excelling at their careers, but what sets them apart and makes them our future leaders is their ability to use their energy and passions to make a difference, pioneer and break new grounds. Confident, smart, innovative and crucially likeable women who are fabulous ambassadors for our industry. Our future is bright!”

Says Maisie McCabe, News Editor, Campaign and Co-Chairwoman of Judges: “All the women who we interviewed for this initiative were already doing great things in their current role. However, this year’s ten winners demonstrated that they have the drive, ambition and confidence to not only become one of the next generation of leaders but also to determine the shape of the industry in the future. I look forward to following all their successful careers for years to come.”
