After enjoying a number years working in one of the recruitment industry’s leading organizations and developing a strong reputation for myself in the water treatment space, I decided to move forward with my career, forming a new specialist executive search firm. I am committed to establishing KYDA Partners, Your Executive Search Partners, as the place Fortune 500, SME's and of course startup's turn to for their recruiting needs in our field of specialty, Water.

    After 2 successful years of working for Mackenzie Stuart, I decided that I wanted to travel around The World. Literally. So from July to December I flew so far east that I ended up west and eventually did a full loop around the globe. Instead of going to standard more popular places I tried to fully immerse myself into places and cultures that I had not experienced previously. I spent some time in India, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, New Zealand and America. After spending time away…
