    Moving all telephone calls to be answered centrally across the Group. We held an assessment centre to find the right people for the roles, and following the installation of our lease line we were able to point all calls to our Head Office. We have a team dedicated to answering calls within 10 seconds, and transferring via internal extensions to the correct professional.
