“Lucy managed myself and rest of my team members within the Customer Engagement Team. I have had the opportunity to work closely with her since the start of my career here at CEB (now Gartner). She is a leader in building a strong team spirit and identity. All her actions are directed toward the success of the team. She assigns tasks to people based on their skills, experience, strengths, and limitations. With that, she has also provided our team with support during periods of organizational change. Finally, Lucy has been great at giving each of us recognition for the work that we've done. It is great motivator and in turn this has brought a spirit of collaboration to the team.”
