The program connects senior women in the western world with entrepreneurial women in developing countries offering mentoring on how to launch their business and make it viable in their market. The opportunity which was supported by Bank of America Merrill Lynch allowed me to meet my mentee in London and we both sat on a panel with Cherie Blair to discuss the program and the mutual benefits of the mentoring relationship. It was a very rewarding experience and would recommend it to anyone, men and women.
