Lead by example. If your team isn't sharing learnings and knowledge, then start by sharing your own. You can't criticise them for not doing something if you're not doing it yourself.

Companies who train their people to embrace artificial intelligence will retain their best talent, and help them up their game even further. Any business looking to protect themselves for the future should be making this a priority.

What do you do if performance evaluations of AI professionals are biased?

Ask the AI. While artificial intelligence can perpetuate human biases, it's also very good at spotting them. Simply ask the AI to review your processes and identify unfair practices. Because artificial intelligence doesn't have an ego, it will give you an honest answer. Even if it's one you don't want to hear.

What do you do if your social media content is constantly criticized and attacked?

Controversial opinion, but consider leaning into it. Ryan Air’s entire social media strategy is to troll people and start an argument. In a world of bland messages from their competitors it allows them to stand out and win a disproportionate share of voice.

What do you do if your professional network isn't growing on social media?

Make it a rule to engage with someone’s content before you send a connection request. People are much happier to connect with people who have taken the time to positively comment on their posts. It also means your connection request isn’t coming out of the blue.
