bqbQuantumYouth, is a project of Barcelona bqb, which intends to demystify quantum technologies and make them accessible and exciting for students around the world. Lead by students and for students, the project intends to help prepare the future generation of quantum developers and researchers through community work and the creation of educational resources.

Through my time in university I was voted as student representative of my cohort through various years. Through this role I directly contributed to my departamental community and further learned the administrative aspects of higher education.

The goal of Thrust 1 is to architect and build a Quantum Network, and associated protocols, that provides shared entanglement and Technology Elements quantum information transfer reliably to users that both meets an appropriate application-driven networking quality metric, and is robust to noise, workload dynamics, eavesdroppers and failures. A team of computer scientists and network engineers works with optical physicists and material scientists to design architectures and protocols for a quantum internet that seamlessly interoperates with the classical (conventional) internet. These protocols will be tested at the Tucson testbed. Show less

Campus Experts are student leaders that strive to build diverse and inclusive spaces to learn skills, share their experiences, and build projects together. They can be found across the globe leading in-person and online conferences, meetups, and hackathons, and maintaining open source projects.
As a campus expert, my goal is to contribute and promote the quantum open source community at a local and global level through hackathons, open source projects, conferences, societies, and other.

Participated in the UK's 2022 GitHub Field Day Un-Conference, where I discussed key topics in Computer Science and Hackathon organizing.

The innovation team researches, experiments and prototypes ideas or concepts to uplift and create new services, systems and products to benefit Cisco's employees, customers, or partners.

As a member of the Early in Career Innovation track, I help facilitate workshops, and activities focused to nurture internal innovation and diversity culture through leadership.

WIN++ is an acronym for 'Women's Inventor Network'. It is created to encourage and increase the participation of female and diverse employees in the patenting process and increase the diversity of the inventor group. The end goal of this program is to produce a diverse group of inventors who have the right tools to innovate and solve a problem while also making it patentable.

With Cisco's DES Interns and Graduates, I was able to volunteer at the Bedfont Lakes Natural Reserve maintenance.

As the chair of the Network of Women in Physics I work towards and promote gender equality in the field through numerous networking projects.
An example of such is the 2020 Week of Women in Science organized my the NWP that held multiple seminars, a discussion panel and a pub lecture featuring numerous physicists working in various fields.
We are currently working inn the 2021 Week of Women in Physics that will be held during and in the days following International Women's day.

As the chair of the University's of Bath Physics department Student-Staff Liaison Committee I proactively work towards student consultation and representation of my peers within the department.
My role consists in regulating and structuring meetings betweens academic representatives and staff members, by insuring that we follow the agenda and controling the amount of time spent on each item, therefore leading the committee towards a decision.

As the treasurer (committee role) of the physics departamental society Physoc I work as a budgetting assistant, advisor and tracker for the society's budget and financial goals.

As Wellbeing and Inclusitivity Officer (committe member) for the university's Fencing team I promote good relations and practices within the multiple BUCs teams and work to ensure our club is as inclusive and open as possible towards new and current members

As a member of the University's Academic Advisory panel and as such I work hand in hand with the University's Student Union officers in order to provide advise and ideas regarding academic decisions taken during this challenging year.

As a peer mentor for the University of Bath's Physics Department I support new students by sharing my insight and experience within university, offering and signposting students to the multiple support resources available within the institution and answering their questions.
It is an extremely fulfilling role that helps me enhance my communication, empathy, teaching and problem solving skills.

I help promote the Fairtrade movement through my role in the Protect What Matters campaign within the University of Bath.

As a member of the Union Chretienne du Saint Chaumond's debating team I have participated in multiple MUN competitions and trained new members.
During my stay in the debating team I have participated in the:
