Energy efficient Car Cooling System

The Air-conditioning for the car can be done using the vibration energy in the shock absorbers. These vibrations can be used as the useful form of energy and to replace the need of compressor in the Car Air-conditioning system. The redesign of the shock absorbers for obtaining the energy in the desired form is to be done. The working prototype on the same is expected to be completed soon.

Our project demanded the Automation and Design of positioning mechanism of a 7 tank phosphating plant. The 7 tank phosphating is very abundantly used process for Powder Coating. The role of my team was to perform the detailed design analysis of the structure and to carry out the exact calculations for time flow. We further pursued the sequencing study of the flow with some minor changes in the Plant assembly line we will be able to achieve 300% as much as Production Rate. We successfully…
