  • Bespoke design for Dark-horse wines at Pub in the Park

    Stand Out Magazine

    Dark Horse Wines successfully toured the four Pub in the Park locations this year with its flat-pack bar.

    Designed and built by Julia Charles Event Management, the bar was made from old and new pallets, with large truss supports to hold up the bar and accommodate lighting. The back of the bar served as an area to showcase the wines; the bottles were placed in scaffolding clips, with down lighting constructed from festoon and tungsten bulbs to give a rustic look.

    Dark Horse Wines successfully toured the four Pub in the Park locations this year with its flat-pack bar.

    Provided Management and entertainment services for the grand opening of the four Season in Kuwait

  • Eddie The Eagle - PR/Marketing Event

    Our client tasked us with putting together a PR event that promoted the upcoming Eddie the Eagle movie. Having been outside of the public eye for some time at this point, the event needed to familiarise people with the star to encourage them to watch the film. It was important that we attracted as much attention to the event as possible on the day, in order to maximise the social media impact in the days after and the run up to the release.

    It was Mini’s 100th birthday, and they were hosting an exhibition to showcase all the best cars they’ve produced over the last century. Alongside providing staging, lighting and AV equipment, they needed someone to help manage a press event they had planned to publicise what was going to be a permanent exhibition.
