“I am old enough to remember when engaging with the bank meant a conversation with a real person, but thought that was distant reality before reaching out to Michael and finding that there was a real person willing to converse and offer advice. Michael was willing to provide us with the benefit of his vast experience and prsctical advice, things we couldn't access from our existing bank even though we have been customers for almost 35 years. We are now moving all of our banking to Unity as a result, and can't recommend both the organisation and the individual too highly. Anyone looking to borrow for growth can save themselves a lot of headaches by reaching out to Michael at the earliest opportunity.”

The Tees Valley Enterprise Adviser Network is an excellent initiative that helps local employers forge links with schools and colleges, so that they can work together to better prepare young people for the world of work.
The network is part of the national Careers & Enterprise Company initiative and is managed at a local level by Tees Valley Combined Authority.
The programme recruits volunteer Enterprise Advisers from local businesses to work directly with the schools and colleges…The Tees Valley Enterprise Adviser Network is an excellent initiative that helps local employers forge links with schools and colleges, so that they can work together to better prepare young people for the world of work.
The network is part of the national Careers & Enterprise Company initiative and is managed at a local level by Tees Valley Combined Authority.
The programme recruits volunteer Enterprise Advisers from local businesses to work directly with the schools and colleges to support the development of their careers strategies and most importantly, EA’s help schools and colleges develop activities that will inspire young people to make the best career choices possible.
Enterprise Advisers enjoy really rewarding benefits, and they can really help to make a positive and direct impact on the future workforce of Tees Valley. -
