How can you use data to improve your global employer brand?
For an EVP to be valuable and to ensure it is fit for purpose it's imperative that meaningful data is utilised. Understanding what is important to your current and future employees via engagement surveys, market insights, focus groups etc..will ensure that as an employer you are focusing on the key areas that are important to your target audience. Employers should look to review all aspects of the data, not only those that shed a positive light, tackling areas that may be a barrier can be huge in enabling them to deliver on their EVP.
