The role is exceptionally challenging at times albeit immensely rewarding, due to the vast range of products/services and customer types which requires working diligently and under immense pressure to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. The role has also included proactively working to improve the online support resources, to prepare the company for continued growth and its ability to scale. Since starting the role, I have achieved a monthly 99%+ customer satisfaction level and have been consistently recognised within the top 5 Support Agents globally, for the volume of cases successfully closed. The company has also received numerous positive direct customer feedback, referencing me personally for my assistance, which has contributed to improving the team’s Net Promoter Score (NPS).
