I guided the expanded team, to fine-tune scheme objectives, conduct a market review of default investments, negotiated a 10% reduction in provider fees, and organised a series of investment education sessions to enhance member engagement.

    The single most successful marketing campaign in LeasePlan’s history, this 360-degree, multichannel, EV-focused campaign has not only outstripped all targets – yielding an ROI of 538% – more importantly,
    it’s reached hundreds of thousands of people – both customers and the general public. The campaign has given them the confidence to switch from combustion to electric through a wealth of EV content, including educational videos, innovative online tools, ‘getting started’ guides, FAQs and road-tests.

    It was a bespoke award from our Global Marketing Director, Sandra, to recognise all the hard work that I’ve done to share our Electric Moments campaign research, content and tools with our LeasePlan colleagues around the world. For example, we now have eight entities using "Is an EV right for me?" tool that’s been rolled out via our digital team in Amsterdam. Plus, all the research insights and content that they are using within their EV hubs.

    For the launch of Electric Moments, we knew that we needed to create a big impact. Our research revealed that people were influenced to go green by those in their community. The research insights that we released to the press secured coverage in six National papers, 157 regional titles and 23 radio stations, plus 15k views on YouTube.     We entered Electric Moments in the ‘Best marketing/advertising campaign of the Year’ category and it was Highly Commended on the night along with PensionBee. I'm delighted to be second to a global brand such as Carlsberg Group…
