Developed an annual marketing strategy and budget reflective of the GGI recommended annual calendar, based on KSA appropriate concepts and in correlation with religious and local law. Assisted in increasing and developing staffing needs throughout all departments and managerial roles. Provided weekly management training and monthly staff training for all five facilities.
