A proven track record on large operational restructuring programmes and transforming finance organisations, systems, processes and capability. More recently while leading group finance teams, performed pivotal roles on major corporate restructuring programmes including: FTSE IPO, re-financing, sale of public quoted group, carve out of businesses and subsequent asset and company sales and a return of capital to public shareholders. These experiences have been gained in public and private blue chip companies, working across multiple functions and internationally at senior management and board level.
