What are the best ways to build a personal brand in sustainability?
Authenticity to my mind is single handedly most important thing. You need to live and breathe what you preach and it does not need to be perfect. As long as you are making efforts to be consistent and authentic in your efforts to imbibe sustainability in your business and your life and raise your hand when it’s just not practical or efficient, you have done your part. This also results in you finding your tribe or community who may be in the same boat as you. You don’t need to be an eco warrior to be impactful but you need to be authentic about how you incorporate sustainability and not use it as another hygiene marketing play. Event though that’s quite tempting, it’s not sustainable for your brand!
