My work involved the design and implementation of an innovative Police and Civilian Public Safety Project. I screened, interviewed and selected candidates of varied ages and backgrounds, who had applied for the media advertised positions. My responsibilities included: assisting in the development of necessary training, evolving organisational protocols and monitoring; then submitting necessary documentation and reports on the project's progress to Police Supervisors. After researching similar, established projects in San Diego and Lancashire, I compiled data, outlining potential pitfalls and outcomes and gave research results to Senior Management Supervisors. This promising innovative Police and Community Partnership was intended to improve Public Confidence and Cooperative working with the Police and enhance Community Safety.
