Our early careers programme with Novuna won the ISE’s Best Apprentice/School Leaver Development programme in 2022, recognising our innovative and impactful approach to engaging, upskilling, mentoring and onboarding diverse school leavers joining Novuna as apprentices.

Our Gamechangers early careers programme with Novuna (was Hitachi Capital) won a silver award for Best Apprenticeship Programme, celebrating our success in engaging over 1,000 school leavers in apprenticeships with the business, and resulting in 12 apprentices joining the business in 2020/21.

Our partnership with Novuna (formerly Hitachi Capital) won a bronze award for Best Execution, recognising excellence in the implementation and delivery of Gamechangers, our early careers programme bringing socially-diverse apprentices into the business.

Our partnership with regional accountancy firm Price Bailey on schools engagement programme PB Inspires secured the Best Community Engagement award at the 2017 British Accountancy Awards. In particular recognising our efforts to engage and support disadvantaged young people in Price Bailey’s communities, and how we engaged people across the firm to support the programme.

We won gold alongside our client Aldermore - one of Britain's fastest-growing banks - for our work inspiring future entrepreneurs in the Bank's communities around the UK.

Our national programme was a celebration of the creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial attitude of young people across the UK.
