Principle HVAC and Building Services Engineer charged with leading and managing the design delivery on projects from conception to completion. responsibilities included generating innovative technical design solutions and ensuring that all ventilation and building services deliverables were produced on time, to cost and to the correct quality levels in accordance with company procedures.

I manage the Nuclear Ventilation and Building Services Design Team and the site based Ventilation and Building Services Installation and Commissioning Support Team.

I also provide HVAC and Building Services specialist technical advice and am involved in design validation, verification and substantiation. This involves liaison with specialist bodies and site based design committees.

My role also requires me to manage ventilation and building services project risks and requires me to produce ventilation and building services safety case supporting documentation. Since undertaking this role I have also been responsible for the procurement of ventilation and building services work packs.

Business development is also a key part of my current role which involves securing new business, building relationships with new clients, helping develop existing business relationships and providing specialist input into the preparation of client bids. Show less
