Peter is an international business man and passionate ‘techie’ who has held board and global senior leadership roles with a number of global companies which include ICI, Shell, Unilever and Rentokil Initial working within the Food Manufacturing, Public Health & Environmental Services and Food Ingredient Sectors.

He has worked with virtually every type of food preservation system and high care factory environment and held technical accountability for an impressive portfolio of well-known brands. He is most proud of leading the team that invented and launched the global ice cream Solero and put the chocolate on our Magnum; he has also worked closely with the leading retailers and fast food restaurants.

Most recently he chaired the CEN European work stream on competence supporting the creation of a European standard EN16636:2015 for the pest management industry and has successfully secured research grants from the UK Research councils for technological innovation projects for several clients.
