How do you choose the best coaching certification program for your niche?
Certifications are a waste of time in most cases. They create their own industry where providers are inherently motivated to certify more and more people to increase their revenue. Yet, most people receiving the certifications probably shouldn't be certified. A 2-day "sheep dip" training followed by receiving a certification in something complex like coaching is certainly not worth the paper it is printed on. Prioritise the learning and practice over the certification. I have more pieces of paper than most and don't remember the last time I was asked about (or for) any of them. If you are good, your outcomes speak for themselves.

The course covered a broad base of subjects ranging from Software Development, through Electronics Principles and Design and also encompassed Mechanical and Materials Engineering. Mechatronics is best described as the combination of all of these disciplines on the premise that the whole is greater than the sum of all the parts. The course included a large amount of project and teamwork which has set me up well for real working life.
