    The platform efficiently connects international students with cultural ambassador peers, providing personalized mental health assistance. This empowers students to thrive academically and socially.

    Demonstrating business acumen, a comprehensive business model and financial model were developed for the platform, emphasizing scalability. The concept was optimized for diverse universities through extensive qualitative and quantitative analysis.

    Visionary leadership was exhibited through the platform's potential to achieve nationwide impact, starting with the Indian student community. Effective change management tactics secured university and sponsor buy-in for the pilot concept.
