This empowers students to thrive academically and…Through extensive market research, a major unmet need faced by international students was uncovered – poor mental health due to isolation and culture shock. Recognizing a £20M opportunity, an innovative social support platform was strategically conceptualized to address this issue.
The platform efficiently connects international students with cultural ambassador peers, providing personalized mental health assistance. This empowers students to thrive academically and socially.
Demonstrating business acumen, a comprehensive business model and financial model were developed for the platform, emphasizing scalability. The concept was optimized for diverse universities through extensive qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Visionary leadership was exhibited through the platform's potential to achieve nationwide impact, starting with the Indian student community. Effective change management tactics secured university and sponsor buy-in for the pilot concept.
This project exhibited stellar entrepreneurial capabilities: opportunity recognition, market analysis, creative problem solving, calculated risk-taking, resourcefulness, and operational excellence. Both empathy for the users and business optimization were blended to maximize shared value.

Throughout the process, We met and exceeded KPIs and helped them gained more customers and build brands online. My prospects for this project lies in Real estate, Retails, Media company, Influencers & Restaurants field.
