I work as a principal psychologist at Pearn Kandola - recognised leaders in business psychology and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

I help organisations, globally and across industries, solve these challenges and in fulfilling our mission of MAKING THE WORLD FAIRER.

For over 25 years, working in consulting and corporate HR, I have been helping individuals, teams and organisations fulfil more of their potential through:

• Raising awareness – providing a ‘fresh pair of eyes’ and utilising a wide range of psychometric tools and organisation diagnostics and facilitation techniques
• Providing Insight – based on research, years or organisational experience, and knowledge of individual psychology and organisational behaviour
• Coaching and confronting – working alongside you as a ‘critical friend’ to develop new skills and behaviours or help you remove the blocks that are getting in the way of being more passionate, engaged and creative
• Designing systems – inclusive Talent Management, Selection & Assessment processes
• Developing leadership and culture – inclusive leadership, EDI strategy and organisational culture – combining to create healthy high performance work environments where diversity flourishes
