The findings from this research study will contribute to current literature and provide me with the opportunity to complete a philosophy doctorate (Ph.D).

    Her Majesty’s Prison Bristol is a Category B prison (Those who do not require maximum security, but for whom escape needs to be made very difficult) operated by Her Majesty's Prison & Probation Service (HMPPS) with an approximate capacity of 500 residents.

    Originally built in 1883, HMP Bristol serves the courts of Bristol and the South West and is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment, supporting those in custody to learn and develop new skills to help them on release.

Community mentors work with one of the four Bristol offices from which the organisation supports up to 500 young people at any given time and over 2500 a year through its team of 100 staff.

The Bath BID Company is governed by a BID Board responsible to levy payers.
