I was given the role of financial lead on the project group responsible for creation of the financial business model. This was a long process of challenge, learning and trust building for managers and the Board. The project was a success and in September 2013 KCTMO launched ‘Repairs Direct’. I carry responsibility for all financial reporting of the new business and I work alongside the new Managing…
