Here's how you can conquer fear and uncertainty when facing career failure as an entrepreneur.
from my experience the only way to conquer the fear of failure is by not labelling something as a "failure". Failure is a very definitive finite and heavy word. Reframe it . you tried something and it didn't work out. But you are going to try again. and eventually you will find a way that works. thinking of it as a flywheel. Each step you take builds momentum. Small pushes eventually generate significant power. some of those small pushes will work, some not. It doesn't matter its trial & error. SO remove the word "failure" from your vocabulary. As failure is quite subjective word. there is no standard definition if you think of it. each person has there own definition of what failure could be. so its best not to use the word at all.
