About

I help underserved 11-24 year old's at risk of not being in education and employment become fully equip for work and life.

I do this by connecting forward-thinking businesses with alternative education provisions to provide life-changing experiences.

I also ask Curious questions, actively listen, and hold those accountable to think and act in transformational ways.

I care, because at 19, I found myself not in education, employment or training after 11 years of pursuing my dream to be a professional footballer was cut short.

Since exiting the sphere of sport and becoming a University of Cambridge Certified Coach, I've engaged with over 7500+ young people in the last 4 years.

My vision is for Inspire 2 Ignite CIC to be layered into every single alternative provision in Britain and provide the best programmes and experiences that fully equip young people to thrive in work and life.

This means the world to me, because young people are the future of it.

Let's Inspire lives and Ignite change.

I have the responsibility to ensure All young people in the town of St Neots are seen, heard, and served.

In this role, I will create a supportive steering group with youth organisations engaging with young people in St Neots who can ask curious questions about what young people REALLY want.

I will then carefully curate a diverse board of young people who represent their peers in the town. This group with include young people who are served/unserved to create an environment where…

In this role, I will create a supportive steering group with youth organisations engaging with young people in St Neots who can ask curious questions about what young people REALLY want.

I will then carefully curate a diverse board of young people who represent their peers in the town. This group with include young people who are served/unserved to create an environment where social capital can add value to all.

A policy I want to introduce is that young people will make the final decision on EVERY DECISION.

    What will this look like?

The youth organisations will gather the thoughts and opinions from the young people they work with. This information will be then be collated and passed to the board for approval.

You might be thinking, what does ‘The Future’ mean?

This has been changed from ‘Youth Voice’ for 2 main reasons…

    1. Because this minor change in language bridges the gap between young people and decision makers.
    2. Because it instills the importance every decision being made is for their future and those younger than them!

If you are a youth organisation working with young people in St Neots, please drop me a dm.

    Or…

If you know young people who would love to be part of the youth board, either drop me a dm or send me their details so I can reach out so we can being making transformational change!
