About
I help underserved 11-24 year old's at risk of not being in education and employment become fully equip for work and life.
I do this by connecting forward-thinking businesses with alternative education provisions to provide life-changing experiences.
I also ask Curious questions, actively listen, and hold those accountable to think and act in transformational ways.
I care, because at 19, I found myself not in education, employment or training after 11 years of pursuing my dream to be a professional footballer was cut short.
Since exiting the sphere of sport and becoming a University of Cambridge Certified Coach, I've engaged with over 7500+ young people in the last 4 years.
My vision is for Inspire 2 Ignite CIC to be layered into every single alternative provision in Britain and provide the best programmes and experiences that fully equip young people to thrive in work and life.
This means the world to me, because young people are the future of it.

You need to give a presentation on short notice. What are the best public speaking software options for you?
One time I had 24 hours notice to provide a presentation at a large awards ceremony in-front hundreds. In times like this, drop the fancy things in life and stick with the most important thing... YOUR MESSAGE. Once receiving the brief, ask yourself... 'How do I want people to think, feel and act after I finish speaking?' Plus... 'What one message do I want the audience to receive?' A lot of speakers say many words, but do they clearly get across one clear message? Let this be your challenge to do so!

You have a new coaching client. What’s the first step to building a strong relationship?
The first step to building a strong relationship is setting a safe space by making them aware of what will/won't be confidential. After this, gaining clarity about what the individual expects of me, the coaching process, and themselves is great to ensure all parties are on the same wavelength. The cherry on top will be doing a fun game of '2 truths, 1 lie' then asking them "What are the most unique aspects of yourself?" to help them share interesting facts about them that may've not shared in a 'formal' environment. Start the coaching journey in an enjoyable way sets the tone for the rest of the journey!
