The LGBTQ+ people I help are often struggling to show up authentically and make the impact they desire in their life, workplace or business.

I’ve worked with entrepreneurs and business owners as well as leaders from large corporate organisations.

Proudly delivering the first Ofqual recognised LGBT Inclusivity in the Workplace qualification in England.

This NCVO approved mentoring programme provides one-to-one support from experienced mentors. I am currently supporting senior female leaders from large voluntary and community organisations.

Lead on the design and implementation of the commercial capability development strategy delivering a consistent approach to people capability improvement. I ensured that opportunities to address people change issues, capability gaps and engagement challenges were addressed. Fundamental to this was collaboration with directors and senior leadership and subject matter experts within my client groups.
