I arrived at the school after a poor Ofsted inspection which identified key weaknesses in RE provision. During my tenure, I have overhauled the RE curriculum including how we assess, bringing it in to line with best practice within the sector, resulting in staff stability, improving student satisfaction, and increased parental buy-in for the subject.

      Alongside this, I have also introduced a Touch Rugby Club, affiliated by England Touch where approximately a dozen Key Stage 3 students train weekly with the intention to compete in schools competitions next Spring and Summer.
