    Education

    Very close to my heart and I am greatfull that I got this opportunity to support some very talented underprivileged students.
    Initiated a program to support the less privileged students in their XIIth Standard exams preparations for accountancy and business studies.

    This project involved, planning of the efforts, arranging for the volunteers, defining the frequency and duration of classes and allocating topics to be covered by each volunteer in advance.

    This project involved, planning of the efforts, arranging for the volunteers, defining the frequency and duration of classes and allocating topics to be covered by each volunteer in advance.

    Over all 12 students were benefited with this program and it had given immense satisfaction to me and my colleagues who came forward to support this cause.

  • Green Belt Project as Mentor

    -

    Project was to reconcile an unreconciled account for Unapplied Cash. We were able not only to achieve the target but also achieving consistency in the reconciliations along with a credit to P&L of $3.75MM(incorrect accounting identified and fixed in the sub system).

  • Green Belt Project

    -

    Worked on a Green Belt Project to ensure setting up new controls if required and to ensure compliance with the existing controls in GE Capital's leasing sub system. Followed the DMAIC approach and reduced the error counts from 400+ to less than 35 per month.
